Got my Vitara's , what rods?
Whats a good ""budget"" rod..
I have a D16Z6 , 75mm vitara's , and wanna make 300 reliable WHP
I don't want to polish and shot peen the stockers... thats gay

Tuner Toys rods are your best bet for cheap rods, they work great for me. 3 of the wrist pins fit perfect in the rods, one rod's small end needed a little honing though to keep the pin full-floating so keep in mind they may not be ready to go right out of the box.

Oh yeah ..why build budget.. Any goober can have something built or buy a car.. It's more fun to see how little you spend and how fast you can go..and the looks on peoples faces when you spenk them in a ---- box. my dad , brother and I built the LS1 corvair , my turbo corvair , my northstar....ect....
