f22turboaccord

well, i just pick up a H22a1 engine from some guy for $400. i got it cheap cuz the engine was making knocking. anyways, i took the engine apart today and found the water pump is damage (not really bad.) and the rod bering are damage. it looks like i just need some new main and rod bearing then the engine should be good.
well, i have a 95 accord ex v-tec auto. i'm gonna covert it into a stick soon. i was wondering whih stick transmission u guys think is better. f22b1 tranny or the H22a1 or the h23 tranny be better. i can get complete h23 tranny for 650. everthing i need to convert my auto to stick
another thing, would my stock f22b1 wiringharness work on the h22a1. i was thinking of using my f22b1 intake manifold. i know that the h22a1 engine would drop right into my 95 accod and it would bolt up to my auto tranny too, i'm just not sure if i can use my f22a1 intake manifold. thanx
