Default ghetto rebuild

i have a spare engineD15b2 and i was thinking o just honing& re-ringing it with new bearings, water pump& high quality head gasket should this be ok for a ghetto bottom-end rebuild before i add the turbo (iget these motors for free because everyone wants a twin-cam motor )

and will a 1st gen integra rotating assembely (pistons rods &crank) fit a 1.5 they have the same bore

Default Re:ghetto rebuild

its always nice to have a "new" bottom end, but the problem lies in the strength of the d15 bottom, those rods love to snap :P

as for the 88-89 teg rods and pistons, i know they fit in the a6 with minor adjustments. I think the stroke in the 1gteg is a lot longer than the d15. hopefully someone else will set ya straight...
