fuel upgrade

Guys I have an EG6 hatchback, with a 94 LS engine, and tranny, with an ACT 4 puck clutch, with A/C, and I wonna upgrade the fuel system. Now my ? is let's just say I upgraded my injectors, to a larger cc how would I get my ECU to recognize the new injectors, and to spit more fuel

?
