Default Front end swapping

I am getting a 90 civic hb si for free and the front end is in perfect cond.But i was wondering if i could take the axles,hubs,shocks and stuff from that and put them on my 90 crx hf.JUst wondering if it was a option

so alright can i just swap everything from my 90 hf to the si cause i might want the car for a winter beater.Also will i have any trouble doing this swap?

the shocks *might be a little different, but everything else will bolt right over

so will the rotors and calipers be any diff will they help or not worth the time?

everything should switch over fine. If the HF is your warrior beast of a car, the Si setup is better than the HF and switching over won't be a bad thing. The shocks and all that should be the same. If both cars are stock, don't bother swapping it all over.

Oh and if you decide to do the swap make sure you swap axles too, diff spline count on the hubs i do believe. This info in given provided that the stuff is stock on both cars.

ya i did the swapp and it was pretty easy.But when i got it done forgot to lock my hood pins drove down the road to check the brakes and the we alright so i went a little fast and hood flew up and smashed my windo sucks
