Default Forged internals in a stock sleeve

A guy on ebay is selling an H22 closed deck block that he says the cylinders are scored. I'm wondering is it from the forged internals that he had or the turbo setuo he had or improper managment. Will forged internals on a stock sleeve really mess up the stock sleeve. Just check the clearances and proper actions, right?

what is there to sumarize, the h22's f20c's ect use FRM sleeves. (fiber reenforced metal) if you try to run forged internals it will just chew the sleeves up. it will look like score marks were the sideskirts of the piston hit the sleeves. all b and d use regular iron sleeves so do the f23 blocks and so on

There is one company that sells a coated piston for the h22 so it can be used unsleeved. But with. The cost of the pistons, is not going to justify still running stock sleeves.
