Just need to run to much fuel and have it not burning right in the exhaust

Usually cars with MAF (Mass air flow sensors) do this because of the exact reason u stated above, however, you can't fool a map sensor because it runs off of absolute pressure, not mass, and it is located on the throttle body, after the bov, not before the bov like a MAF's...

 

one of the chicks that has a turbo del sol and using the Rebic 5 system will dump sparks out her exhaust and she's only running 9-11 psi. I think its just because she has no cat honestly.

 

sparks... I've never seen that... I think you are referring to a backfire... my sohc vtec crx shoots fire out when it backfires and i have a hi-flo cat...
