Default Finished MINIME but low compression?? HELP

Ok guys, I just finished doing my MINIME swap 2 days ago and I spent all yesterday trying to figure out why I have very low compression. I have pretty much 90 across the board. Shouldn't it be at like 140 or something? Also I used a NON VTEC headgasket and I had to cut the farthest 2 top holes to make it fit but I instagasketed those... do you think this is why? Should I just go get a Z6 headgasket? I really need to get these numbers up because I am planning on HMTing this within the next week (already have everything). Any ideas?
Thanks

did you hold the throttle wide opening when cranking?

Should be 170-180 with ease.

OK guys, I just went out and redid another compression test with a wideopen throttle, and my numbers changed. Its like from cyl 1 to 4 the compression gets better.
1 = 40
2 = 50
3 = 70
4 = 110

Any ideas what this could be? Im REALLY leaning towards the headgasket now...

Also does anyone have an answer for me about the B7 distrubitor on the Z6 head?

Oh and I have tried 2 different compression testers...

I believe the timing is pretty damn close to being dead on or it is dead on. I made sure #1 cylinder was at TDC and I made sure the crank gear was lined up perfectly with the mark on the oil pump, then I made sure the cam gear said UP was up and the 2 lines were parallel with the head. I believe that side of the timing is pretty close to being perfect. Am I wrong? Only thing I can think of that might be messed up is the Distrubitor because I dont know if Im 180 degrees out. And I dont know if I can use the B7 distrubitor... Any help?

Distro wont effect compression. Wait you aren't starting the car right? You are disabling the ignition before testing it right?

Im not exactly sure what you are talking about. When I am testing I am just plugging in the tester and going WOT and cranking it for like 20sec. Am I doing something wrong?

you need to pull the ECU fuse to cut fuel and spark as said earlier

crank at WOT untill the gauge stops jumping and stays steady

all your tests seem really low.. did you make sure the block and head were flat when you used them? my Z6 had 198 across the board before it blew if thats any indication on what you should be getting
