and if your good with the trans you can chirp into second which is a hard feat for being a 4 speed with long-as----- gears. and this is na with a d15b2

 

i bet you have to add 5th just to get traction that badboy's so fast !

 

 

that probably wont happen until i boost. thinkin about using this 5 speed hydro trans with an adapter to make it work from my y7. but i think ill be rocking the 4 speed for a while. so far i havent broken it like i did my 5 speed si trans years back. :1

non vtec fun

 

my LS 3rd is hurtin' for some curtain. Plan is GSR guts w/ the LS 5th. Cruising at 2800-3000 on the freeway is nice.
My fav. is deff. ITR's and cable s1/j1's on all motor cars when in comes to banging gears, ya' know, WOT 2-3's w/ the palm of your hand, ahhaha

 

be careful with my car! he is right though... ITR/B16 tranny with a DOHC VTEC is just a good plan, shifts are always in the right spot..... but if i pull my tranny apart its getting an LS 5th...

so far... my ITR tranny is my fav... my GSR YS1 was pimp, but the GSR was slow and didnt use it for ----, would have been the coolest thing ever in a CRX, except 5th. couldnt have imagined an open DP trip 60+miles with that at 70-80mph


HF tranny....damn... mine got worked...250k miles and 7500rpm WOT shifts from 1st to 2nd fucked it up good... anything but a grandma shift above 5k got a NASTY *** grind lol still went in solid though...so i kept doing it till the day the 50dollar Si L3 took its place

 

I just had my s1 rebuilt and LSD installed. Im going to be happy boy shortly.
