Default Evap Purge Solenoid Question

Hey guys, new here... I'm on ClubCivic quite a bit though... joined here because I plan on boosting this summer, but that's not the point of this post... sooo

I have a 97 Civic Sedan with a JDM B18B w/ ~40k on motor...

I'm running a USDM ECU, so I already had to do the CKF bypass. Now my ECU is angry because it can't find the evap purge solenoid..

I have the solenoid, so how do I go about hooking it up? Can I just use any vacuum lines?
Also, I'm sure it's there somewhere, but I looked quickly and couldn't find any plug on my stock y7 wiring harness to plug the solenoid in to...

I would run with out the evap solenoid, but MA emissions suck, and I need to stay OBD2, and can't have any CEL present. If anyone knows how to go about hooking up this purge solenoid (which vacuum lines to use and where to plug it in (or, if there's a bypass trick for it), please let me know.

Thankssss

Should mount right on top of the intake manifold. On the 97 civic the evap was mounted to the fuel rail. Colors are black/yellow and red/yellow in a black plug. Look around for a plug hanging around that area. You did keep the stock engine harness that came with your car right?

Yes but on the JDM Intake mani it's blocked off since they had no need to evap crap in Japan.

I figured it out though, turns out I wasn't getting vacuum from where I had it plugged into. Routed it to a working vacuum port on the intake and haven't had the CEL since =D
