Re:engine swap gone bad
i think your valves might not be closing all the way. just due to carbon build up. when i had my sohc head rebuilt the man told me about the valves being caked with carbon. they wont shut all the way letting fluids leak by. maybe some one else could give a more detailed explanation.

valve job. if you do that then you might as well have the head rebuilt. i don't know how much a dohc would cost. i'm not sure that is the problem you are having. i'm checking up with my local mechanic right now.

Re:engine swap gone bad
Do a leak down and compression test when it is all done, if there is that much fuel coming out, your cylinder walls are not protected by oil. PLUS, change your oil, once it is fixed... You will not want oil and gas mixed, because friction parts will be destroyed. Try not to crank it over anymore.. Save the cylinder walls..

Re:engine swap gone bad
What else is done to this motor? Check the valve lash also. If you have that much fuel pouring out of the exhaust I would say the injectors would be the blame.
