Default Engine stubles below 3k rpm, Spark plugs soaked in gas, nasty black smoke????

Well i did a head gasket replacement for a friends car, 88CRX with a SOHC ZC swap, and the wiring is all fucken ------ rigged, twisted together and ----, and my guess is either a wire came loose or a sensor ate ----....

here are the symptoms, the car starts, then its idling funny, like its loping or something, theres black smoke coming out of the exhaust, and it smells like unburnt gas, I start to drive it up the street and it bogs really bad, It sounds like the fuel or ignition is cutting out, then i hit 3-4k rpm and it drives so so.....

My guess is either the TPS sensor finished breaking, cause it was already cracked, or something else went out..

the CEL is on, and im getting code 9, and 10

10 = ...uhm.. i think iat?

fix tha codes, then go from there. check for spark @ all cyl's too.

Check the wires for fuel injection. My buddies teg was doing the same thing and one of the wires shorted to ground which made the injector stay open constanly.
