Default engine mount bolt hole stripped. ----!

well i was doing a swap in my friends car. And noticed i can not use the original screw for the driver side mount that is on the engine bay. It is stripped beyond belief. I tried screwing the bolt on. But it just wont fasten. Should i just rethreat it with a larger bolt screw?

Loctite Liquid Form-a-Thread.

Held many a sparkplug in many a fucked up crossthreaded/de-threaded cylinder head for me, in many a $50 beater deluxe, over the years. I swear by it.

Now, ahem, how well it holds up to long term virbations and suchlike, and whether or not your engine i going to fall out on the ground at a most inconvenient time + place... I dunno. The point is, I'd probably do it, so you should too! Post before pictures to this thread, so we have something to compare to in any future carnage threads...
