lol, alright, basically, once you take the cover off of the center console, youll see the auto shifter, just unbolt and unpug everything on that little bitch and yank her out, then just recconect the plastic peice, and the plastic peice just sits nicely under the center console and no one has to know you did the swap, like i said, ask whatever questions you have, you may think its overwhelming or something, but its really easy, hell, you can do all this ---- with turbos, lines and fittings, but you cant plug in a white plastic peice to its connecter, come on. hehe

this is what the slave cylinder will look like

if you buy stock clutch lines, it will have bends in it where it should go, first route it around the wheel well around the battery (the yellow wire loom is the line)....

....then around the fire wall to a connector that bolts to the fire wall, keep routing....

...then through the spider web of fuel line..and then to the clutch master cylinder...

Re:EG auto to manual write up- with slightly smaller pics for the whiners:)
when i did mine i put some silicone on the white gear selector for the auto "WHEN IT'S IN PARK" so you can take the key out of the ignition. and i had a CEL for auto transmission so i swapped out my wire harness from a manual and my intake manifold because the IACV is differant, then i was able to use the manual ecu with out it running like a ---- box.

so let me get this straight, so your running every other mounts besides the tranny mount? :P Or you did change the tranny side bracket to the manual side bracket. If i'm reading it wrong my bad playa. Do you have any pics of the tranny side. I want to check it out.

nice right up.....im thinking the hasport mount is the easy way out....and will look better. do you have a hole in your floorboard? also dod you weld in a 5 speed shifter cup or is your shifter just floppy? lol thanks i am doing this swap soon. and also i dont know what you ment about drilling holes for the shift linkage?why is that?

old *** post noob, look at the post date before reviving this old stuff.
The two holes you drill are for the stabilizer I beleive. install the linkage at the tranny end and you'll see what we mean.
the mount isn't really that necessary, for $175 it'll be the most expensive part of the swap...
