Some of you might already do this but for ppl still using scissors here is the easy way

First, use a bolt to attach the gasket paper to what ever it is your working on like so


then get the boxed end of a wrench, the smaller it is the tighter the spot you can get into


then start tapping the edges with the boxed end of the wrench


it should come out pretty nice when done

 

oh, that's how you do it. I'll have to do it like that next time because last time it took me 2 hours to make 4 gaskets, my cheap *** xacto knife breaking on me and my dull *** scissors didn't help either.

 

just bolt it down at a corner and you waste just as much as you would with scissors.

 

But you waste it even faster now.

 

I don't think so, I think you just tap real close the where the end of the metal is so the metal cuts the gasket instead of you cutting the gasket with scissors.

 

where do you get that gasket paper?

it really doesnt mess up the scrapes, and who cares its 2.99 for a good size sheet
