Default dpfi to mpfi and turbo question?

I think I may be buying a CRX for my turbo project and I'll be doing the mpfi swap. I was reading up on it and it says I'll need a resistor box to do it. Well I'll need resistors for the 450cc dsm injectors, so do I need both resistor box and the inline resistors??

no you don't.
just get the resistor box and you'll be set for 450's later on.

and if you're thinking about buying a crx/civic stay away from dx if you can, you won't have to do the mpfi(the si's have it already) and the dx has a weaker engine for boost. You could save the money from the mpfi swap and put it into freshening up the internals of the si engine(can handle upto 200hp stock).

Thanks guys, I would buy a SI but they are hard to come buy in CRX form(around here anyways) so I'll probably try to find a SI motor out of a civic and just put it in. And I'm geting this Crx for $700 Canadian so I can't complain...

I'll tell you waht I have a dx crx and it has been a bitch since I have had it. Pain in the ****. Or get an HF the are easy to find anywhere and they are just like the si with a lot less HP. Just make sure that if you get the DX you read up on the swap real good or you could run into some snags.

the wiring isn't that hard, I can break it down into 5 easy steps, but I don't want to right now.

Why don't you do another "how not to" writeups on it.
