Default Don't get this fuel issue on 90 Integra Help!

Ok, it's a 90 Teg with the B18A1. The fuel pump turns on when you put the key into the ON position about once every 6-7 tries, sometimes it takes way longer. ON-OFF-ON-OFF repeatedly for about 5-10 minutes at times. Once you hear the fuel pump run, it starts fine but it does hesitate once in a while like it has low fuel pressure, but I can't figure out if it's a bad fuel pump or simply bad electrical piece, Main Relay, or anything else.

I've got a spare fuel pump I could throw in, but it's a hassle, so if it's something else, I'd rather not deal with it.

Any ideas to what's going on would be appreciated.

Something about school, College sucks, I finish tonite!! then a month off school until summer school starts, Lame.

Plus I blew up the civic motor and just started redoing it last week, so I haven't had time to spend with car stuff.

I thought it may be the main relay, I'll check prices and maybe toss that in... thanks.
