Default Dohc ZC LSD transmission in CRX

Hello there, first and foremost, this is my first post. I"m sick and tired of other websites that points me in the wrong directions. I've done over countless hours of researching my problem that I'm having with my Dohc ZC LSD transmission in my 90 Crx. I thought I joined this forum and post one last time before I give in and purchase a set of ZC axles from raxles.com. We'll here's my problem

After swaping in the 88-91 Dohc ZC engine with the ZC LSD transmission, everything went good. Wiring is fine, engine starts up fine, no problem. I'm using 91 Integra NON ABS axles for both side, the passenger side seems to work fine with no problems. The Driver side where the 91 Integra NON ABS axles goes into the ZC intermediate shalf, keeps popping off the CV Boot area. The entire axle would pop completely out and you can see the 3 greased bearings.

I have replaced this axle 4 times, with new same axle, and this happeneds the moment I drive off and make a left turn.
Can someone direct me in the right location?

I did pop off the 2 dust rings on each of the axle and the hub side. Total is 4 rings, that didn't solve my problem. Something isnt' right and I'm just tired of getting new axles and having it ripped within 10 feet of driving it!

Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't be able to tell you, it came with my Dohc ZC complete engine and ZC LSD transmission. Is there a part number on the intermediate shalf itself? I could unbolt it tomorrow or something and see what it is. Other than that, I'l clueless at what to do now.

Yes, it's mounted by 3 bolts, I"m certain of that because I removed it to put in a new clutch before I swapped the entire engine into the crx.

Here's a picture of the engine and the ZC intermediate shalf that I took when I got it.

It seems to me that the 90-93 integra non abs driver side axle is a little too short, I would say about 10mm too short. When I installed the axle, and have connected to the intermediate shalf, with the axle nut tighten all the way, the cv boot at the inner shalf seems to be flexing.. which in return, the 3 bearings inside the inner shalf is sticking out a little bit. Correct me on this but that's why I think the axle poped off that area 4 times. I might be wrong.

If im not mistaken you might need a 94+ driver side axle.

This weekend, I'm going to give it another try. Going to return the broken axle, and get a new replacement.. but this time I'm going to swap it into my da9 integra and drive with it to see if it's defective or not. Then I'm going to swap it onto the crx and if it breaks again, I don't know what to tell you guys but it doesn't work. This is going to be the 5th brand new axle I tried...
