No. The 2000 si intake cam has a 265* duration and a 10.5mm lift measured at 0mm lift, and the gsr exhaust is 276* duration and 9.6mm lift, also measured at 0mm lift. Don't even think about trying to swap the 2 around...bad things will come of it.

right, either you info is WRONG or B16 cams really suck.

SOHC, even the lowly D15B7 has 290 degrees of duration at 0.0mm of lift.

more info elsewhere...........

Nope, they just suck that badly. Even for the older b16a/b16a3 I'm finding no more than 230/227 @ 1mm lift when going through different specs, so I think that at 0 lift that's about right. It's the amount of gross lift that makes 'em work good.

your clueless about cam specs.

Have you ever measured a cam profile before on ANY motor?

Didn't think so.

Actually yes I have Bone, but since I no longer own anything Honda I don't have any cams in front of me to actually measure. All I can do as far as Honda specs are related is to search through the hundreds of links I still have bookmarked. The guy asked a question (not sure what it's related to, maybe thought he could swap an intake cam into the exhaust side or vice-versa) and I gave him some information I found laying around, not personal measurements.
In your link it lists 190* intake and exhaust duration measured at 0.050", it is very possible that the person who did the numbers on the b16 and b18c1 cams wrote down the wrong lift measurement. Here's another I found...http://www.jdmcivic.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18100
