Default Delta Camshafts ?!?!?

I'm new to the HMT community. I just recently finished D16Z6 Vitara build for myself, and now I'm building an N/A setup for my girlfriend that might eventually get boosted. At this point all that I see alot of non vtec people using is Delta 262 or 272 cams. It sounds like they are prety inexpensive and must obviously work good. my question is how much do they cost? Do I have to run aftermarket valvetrain? And how do they idle??

Thanks for any info

You need to send in you're camshaft and they "regrind" it. I had it done on the cam in my z6 currently, ildes good. cost is like $90 for a non-vtec cam and $150 or so for a vtec cam. You can use stock valves/springs/retainers unless you get a rediculous regrind.
