guess what
every thing checks out.
EVERY pin except for
A12( Fan output )
A13 (MIL/CEL light) ( I know that works i used it to get codes)
A15 ( Not Used Don't have A/C )
C3 ( knock Not equipt.)does p28 even use Knock.( i didn't think so. No knock board)

every thing checks out to the guide you sent me.
and still Will not Start.
engine turns over and still no fire.
don't get any fire, nore Fuel

i live in Seattle.
be more specific West Seattle.

I know there are bunch people that live in Seattle/Tacoma area.

its possible that it could be ground.
Only if there where Additional grounds that need to be installed that where not exhisting on the obd-0 chassis or wiring harness.

i know there is ground on the valve cover.( drivers side)
ground located on the transmission (for the starter)
ground centraly located at the Theromstate valve housing.

bump!!

ok i have tested the wiring harness it is good..

i have tested the resistance to the Sensor's to the Dizzy.
every test with in the range of 356ohms + or - 3ohms
which is good.
ICM has continuity.
I have enough fuel pressure.
when i stab that fuel injector on the Power side ( yellow/black) it has 12 volts on the ECU side ( Brown, Red, Yellow, light blue) it has intermittant voltag like open close.. injector pulse... so the dizzy is sending Event timing. but does not fire the ICM( ignitor)
i used a Noid for a GM FI system ( fuel injector pulse testor for GM engines it didn't work hmmph!!) can be had for $6 at Autozone
but when i used a test light on the ECU side it pulsed with light.
somthing is working..
fuel pump stays on while starting
but there is no sighn of Fuel...
i replaced the fuel filter. just in case ($16)
no luck.. still no fuel in system..

i don't know whats going here.
Is the D15b us High impeadence injectors or are the low impeadence injectors... the engine supposedly is a 93 VTI JDM d15b Vtec.

the other Point i tested the p28 ecu in the another car that was a 5 speed it works fine.

i tested the wires in the harness to the cabine harness to the ECU and then ECU to the dizzy plugs.. and Fuel injector clips..
all Good.
there is no Cel/Mil codes

i did all the basic testing for the No Start problem in Honda Manual , and Mitchell on Demand, All data, etc, etc.
every thing shows good..
the distributor is brand new.. and i have spare obd1 distributors ( 2 more p08, and obd1 pr4)
i will test them tommarow if time permits

i would surly hope some one would help me... i have talked to one HMT member in person... i don't think he has time... or willingness to help..

even with Free food and all the beer you could drink NO BODY WOULD HELP!!!

---- i work on most of the local kids cars around here... i figure there was someone that has knowledgable enough to help... WEST SEATTLE..thats where I am. i can't beleave i would be the only ****** in the local area....
instant message me your local 425 or 206 number and i will call you and we can hook up

at this point im really considering to go back to OBD0.
i got a obd1 civic engine harness im going to try.. sigh!!!
and thats it... unless some one comes out to help...
preferd some one with experince with obd0 to obd1 swaps

sorry about writing so much i can be long winded...

if you area code is in the 425 or 206 get up off your *** and help me out.

tell you the truth i have no idea...

those are the injectors that came on the motor..
i suppose there obd-1, but you know these Engine importers are Shady and tell any thing you want to hear and toss parts together and ship you a motor.

I don't know..! how can you identify obd1 injector from obd0 one.
