It all depends on your fuel management and what you want out of your car. As for the turbo there is no perfect turbo for any car. Just keep reading forums and check the FAQ and turbo/tech projects.

Max boost on your d16z6 all depends on your setup... for example... im running 7-7.5 psi on a d16z6 w/ stock internals, inline fuel pump, and FMIC. I also live in az, home of the triple digit weather, and i have been using this setup for a couple years now. As long as you don't accede 7 psi or so on stock internals, you shouldn't have much too worry about. You will need iether an in-tank fuel pump or in-line pump for the added fuel. I also recomend using a vortech fmu. I have been using it on the setup as well and everything is working in perfect harmony. As long as your smart about it, you will be fine. Just don't forget to retard your timing a bit. In my own opinion, i would decide on how much retard by weather conditions. Many people have using the MSD BTM , but I have no personal experience in that. As for which turbo to use, i would say around a t25, t28, 15g,16g,18g, somewhere around that size. Something small, but will pull hard with that v-tech motor. Read some more posts and you should find the answers you are looking for.
