Default D16z6 dizzy

Hahaha....ok, this sounds pretty noob-ish, and i feel ------ stupid for askin it though. Ok, i smoked my A6 completely (threw 3 rods into the head )and i figured, here's a perfect chance to through a regular z6 into my rex. I just payed for the motor, and someone i just talked to online said that i couldn't use the stock z6 dizzy with my pre-obd ecu (a shitty pg7, soon to be a chipped pm6). Not that it really matters, i have dizzy's out the ***, but is this true or false?

True, but you can modify the pm6 si/hf distributor to fit on the Z6 head, just oblong the top bolt and use 1/3 bolts, works fine, and I've done it on several setups.

Ok, thanx! I had to do that with my mini-me too, so like i said, i got 3 modded ones and another 2 stock si dizzy's. I just wish there was a way to use the stock dizzy without havin to do an obd1 swap. Oh well, and thanx bro!
