i am preparing to perform my first swap, a d16y8 into an 89 crx dx. and before i get started i wanna make sure that i have everything straight in my head so i dont fuXor anything up. please lemme know if i am missing anything or if something is incorrect. thanks.

transmission/axles

• crx cable transmission (si preferred, but dx will work)
• crx axles

mounts/brackets

• all crx mounts and brackets

wiring conversion

• partial dpfi-mpfi conversion (injectors, tps only)
• obd0-obd1 conversion
  • 4-wire o2
  • distributor
  • vtec pressure
  • vtec solenoid
  • check engine light
  • knock sensor

also, does anyone have any suggestions or how-tos on the wiring? it seems to be the most difficult part of this swap. thanks in advance.

looks like you should do a little more research before you start... "knock sensor, check engine light, partial dpfi->mpfi..." you picked a pretty tough swap to be your first one...
