D16a6 problems
 
engine revs slow to about 3k then its fine, i have check everything, vaccum, spark plugs and i think the timing is ok

just put new spark plugs in it and it didnt help, so i have no idea what the problem is im goin to have to check the timing again maybe

Cam or ignition?...

Pull your timing belt cover to see if you jumped a tooth. Before you do that get one of these:

http://www.siphonsonline.com/images/dynamicduo.jpg and see if that wakes up your lowend
