D16a6 problems
 
engine revs slow to about 3k then its fine, i have check everything, vaccum, spark plugs and i think the timing is ok

just put new spark plugs in it and it didnt help, so i have no idea what the problem is im goin to have to check the timing again maybe

Cam or ignition?...

Pull your timing belt cover to see if you jumped a tooth. Before you do that get one of these:

this a stock set up or you do anything to it or ecu before this happened? any other symptoms or sounds (surging, bucking, uneven idle, or misfiring)? double check your timing and plug wires themselves?

Retarded timing at the distributor perhaps? (or the user ;D) That's usually a sign of it, or cam's off a tooth.
