i know the rods are diffrent; but what else;can the d15b7 take 10psi of boost

 

Some say yes, some say no. I ran 8-14psi daily on a D15B7 for several thousand miles. It was tuned with my *** and an AFC by running it as hard as I could at every chance I got. I think the little **** liked it.

Yes, the rods are differnet along with the main bearings. If we are talking about the top end too, the cam is different.

im goin to stick my sohc zc head on there; my main worry was the rods;if they could take that much psi

 

Rods are fine. talk to Bongnak about 10 psi all day.. He beats that d15b7 like crazy.
