yes, I am here for my HMT projekt. but with the dohc head on sohc block question i was thinking more in the ways of Natural Aspiration. and that is becouse i have an extra pm7 head and an extra sett of pm7 pistons in the garage..

so it would be fun to smack it on to a d15 block en test i out..

1.Negative. Compare the head gaskets.

2. If that's true, then it will NOT bolt up.

3. Negative. DOHC is different.

anybody here know anyone who has done the d15a block-dohc zc head kombo?

here is what i'm planing so far:
d15a block and drivetrain
dohc zc head
a stock d-series rod\piston kombo that gives a nice compression ratio..
good cams
adjustable camgears
good header
MDS ignition (or something similar)
weber carbs

since the dohc ZC revs 7500+ rpm stock the d15 block should be able to rev close to 8000 safe, right?

It's possible, but it's not a direct bolt on process. Machining IS required.

Hey, Boost-less bitch, you ever notice all my images are hosted on redpepperracing.com? Isn't that were all the 1337 1G CRXers hang out?

Nah, I wouldn't know anything about old skool Honduh, not like I owned one anytime before you lost your virginity or anything. Now go buy a ------- turbo, and quit spamming these forums with your blathering. I swear, I can't recall the last time I saw you make a single solitary tech post.
