d series piston pin removal
I've searched and can't find anywhere. What do I need to do to remove the piston pins from my d16a6 pistons. I know I need to heat them to about 80 degrees and I have a plan for that, but can I just press them out or what? I thought there were things at the end to hold them in but I guess not.
Thanks |

hydro press. If you dont want to break the pistosn I would recomend havin a machinist do it

Re: d series piston pin removal
dude just take them to a machine shop, they won't charge very much to press them out for you, and they won't ---- them up. lol
