are all (obdo) d series engines and boxes interchangeable without the need to buy new engine mountings?

 

not the integra dohc ones
then again what chassis with what engine are u specifically willing to know

 

the car is a rover coupe (UK) it has a d16a6 and am wanting to put in a dohc zc (d16a9) i think it is a simple swap

Im sure semnos will know for definate

 

The rovers came with the D16A9, might have to change the upper drivers mount and change 2 wires for the cam angle sensor.

 

only the later Gti hatchbacks came with the d16a9 the rest were d16a6's or the rover 1.6 DOHC engine, so i guess if i run into trouble i could just get the drivers mount like you said

I've only seen one on d-series.org, would like to see more.
