Default Current draw from hell...

For some reason I full voltage drawn from my battery when the key is off.... Nothing I can see is off/disconncted/crossed. I just replaced my starter...didnt have this problem before. But, when I took the original starter out and had the dizzy and some plugs disconnected, it did this when the key was on. WTF any ideas? Like I said, nothing is crossed, but it is dark so I dunno. WTF

First off, how are you measuring this current or does your battery go dead?

Or are you just measuring the voltage of the battery?

take off the cable to the starter and put a meter in line with the cable and the starter. If you read anything then you obviously have a new starter with a parasitic draw problem.
