Default CRX, ls swap, b16 transmission questions...

I'm planning on putting a ls with a b16 transmission in my 90 crx si. My question is what axles would I use? I've searched but havent found anything yet

Ah, should I swap out my suspension to the integras also? I think it's a bit beefier, but I already have rear disc brakes so eh...

Wrong forum.

90-93 integra axles w/o ABS. Lleave the front suspension alone, but feel free to swap to the rear discs - just don't forget to get a proportioning valve from an integra as well.

They should both be the same, I did an LS swap and used 90-93 Integra axles, you can also use 94+ integra axles, actually there has been a big contraversial debate before where people would say you can only use 94+ axles, but that is not the case, any B series axle should work.

as for the proportioning valve, yes, you will also need the brake booster and master cylinder from a 90-93 integra, or a 15/16 master cylinder that can fit your current brake booster. hope this helps.

if you have an hf you have to upgrade you brakes to dx/si/teg/jdm b16a due to the spline size on the hf hubs differ sform the teg spline. Oh and You never use 86-89 axles in a b series swap.

when i did my bseries swap the 90 teg axles on fit on the passenger side, so i ordered 88 teg axle for the driver side/intermediate shaft side and it worked fine, same with my friend witih a b16 crx

Did you remove the inner piece of the hub. Thats what your suppose to do. The 88 teg axle rumor was cleared up by hasport years ago
