what can i do to improve this? im getting a decent ammount of pressure.. enough to blow through my distributor seal and puke oil

Not to my knowledge. So your problem is it's blowing through your distributor seal? Or you are just looking for improving it? I've never really heard of anyone trying to increase ventilation, I wouldn't think you would want too much.

what are you running for a pcv system ?
some of the blow by might go away after you put some miles on the new engine...
I think you have to be running a vacuum pump before you can even get close to too much crankcase ventilation

its blowing through my distributor seal so i thought maybe theres a problem.. hopefully it wont cause any problems once its time for break in
