It's a total loss, no one has ever successfully replaced a 7M-GTE headgasket before. :-[

I hate them because I have shed more blood on 7m's than any other engine. And because I hate John Lundsford. Poop. :y |

They're fat ------- pigs that ruin the potential of an awesome engine, however, I think they are ------- sexy looking. |
Re: coolant in #6 cylinder
hate to brake the news to you man but you have a bhg its ulta common on 7m's for some reason toyota only torqued the head to 55 pounds form the factory where it reallity it needs to be at about 72-75 pounds.I have a 87 turbo and just got done with a bhg repair best thing you can do if you don't want to pull the motor and get the head and block resurfaced is check everything for straightness and buy a new toyota updated head gasket and a set of arp studs or bolts and use arp's torque specs of 75 pounds should keep you on the road for many years
Yes my supra is a fat pig but damn she looks sexy with here targa off lol |
