It's a total loss, no one has ever successfully replaced a 7M-GTE headgasket before.

Yeah you got a BHG. Sucks but thats what happens on a 18 year old car that had a shitty head gasket design to begin with. #6 always goes first, most heat from the egr cooler thingy on the back. Worst case the head is warped, and needs to be machined.

BTW hope your not building that car...I hate 7m's.

THe head gasket problem isnt why I hate them. That can easily be fixed with a MHG and arp's.

I hate them because I have shed more blood on 7m's than any other engine. And because I hate John Lundsford. Poop.

Ditto.

They're fat ------- pigs that ruin the potential of an awesome engine, however, I think they are ------- sexy looking.

hate to brake the news to you man but you have a bhg its ulta common on 7m's for some reason toyota only torqued the head to 55 pounds form the factory where it reallity it needs to be at about 72-75 pounds.I have a 87 turbo and just got done with a bhg repair best thing you can do if you don't want to pull the motor and get the head and block resurfaced is check everything for straightness and buy a new toyota updated head gasket and a set of arp studs or bolts and use arp's torque specs of 75 pounds should keep you on the road for many years
Yes my supra is a fat pig but damn she looks sexy with here targa off lol
