compression test

Default compression test

I used the compression calculator and got 9.1:1 on a z6 cpr low comp pistons/eagle h beams I was just wondering if I did a compression test what would it be? would it be lower than stock like 180ish

Yes, yes it does.

Approximately ‘Healthy’ numbers –



· 8:1-8.5:1 compression: 150-170 psi per cylinder

· 8.5:1~9.5:1 compression: 170-210 psi per cylinder

· 9.5:1~11:1 compression: 210-275 psi per cylinder

· 11:1+ compression: 250+ per cylinder (highly depends on cams being used)

yes the cam you use does have a factor but for the honda turbo world most people use factory or just a step above so it doesnt have much of any issue
