Default Coil Over Setup opinion

I'm looking for a decent coil over package and I've never sourced one before. Just want to know your opinion of this one I found on egay. Has anyone ever used this brand?

Or do you guys have suggestions for other brands?

I'm a fan of kyb agx struts with a skunk2 coilovers on them...It's what I run on both my car and my wife's car.

I've had a few friends get the cheap ---- ebay coilovers and put them on good struts and it worked out ok for a summer

Avoid the ebay junk sleeve overs. Either buy just springs or spend the money for ground control's or skunk's. I have tokico illuminas and like them. I have a few friends with the k-sports and they really like them too.

I got the ebay coilovers and tossed the springs. Threw Afco 2.5" coils (325F/275R) on the sleeves and put those on KYB GR2s front and Koni Special inserts rear.

Personally I would cut my springs before I Paid $50 for those. Then start saving for a good strut and spring combo, you don't wanna ---- with ---- like that its a waste of $$$. Take it from me I have wasted my $$$ on that ----. You buy springs then save for good adjustalbe struts.

I have Koni yellows and tein s-tech's in my civic coupe =$700

egay coils will blow dick, always. I've twice used the skunk2 springs and dropzone shocks, cheap as ----, and rode great.

I actually like my dropzone coilovers (ebay name), and I've been riding on these Maxspeed coilovers (old school ebay, from 2001) w/agx struts for about a year. They ride perfect!

I've ridden on ksports and koni yellows/gcs before, and I like my sleeve setup right now better than any other. But if you do want to slam the car, get some stiff springs.

For my 2000lb VX civic, I need some 570in/lb springs in the front with some 470 in/lb springs in the back just to make my car not bottom out with the struts on full stiff. Any softer, and the car would be undriveable at this height. Keep this in mind.

If you just want a decently lowered car, that's not slammed. Go with some name brand lowering springs. (Only around $100 a set)

I ended up going with the Skunk2 lowering springs for 130 shipped. They were a "random gift" from my fiance so its a win win situation
