Code 92 Evaporative emission control system ~~~~~ ??
Code 92 Evaporative emission control system.
This is the code that my car is throwing.
1995 honda civic.
B18a1 swap
z6 harness, z6 dizzy (obd1)
P28 obd1 ecu, chipped w/ cromepro.
Now, i was told somewhere, that i do not need the purge control solenoid from the z6 harness plugged in at all... However, I think i do now... because this code is being thrown. Unless you can somehow disable it in CromePro (but i don't know how)
Now, next question is this... I have the purge cntrl solenoid that bolts to the firewall from the integra... But there is a map sensor, and two solenoid things here... w/ a 4 pin connector. The purge cntrl solenoid is only 2 pin... So what do i do? cut and splice? and run some more vaccuum lines to this purge cntrl solenoid??!!
Would this be the reason why my car won't run with any map i've tried??!!
I am also concerned with my FIT-V. Last night, it started making a buzzing noise when the car was turned on to accessory. I started thinking that i should NOT have ran coolant lines to it?!?! But i have my coolant lines ran in this way....
From the coolant pipe in the back of the block, to the FIT-V... From the other nipple on the FIT-V, it goes to the Throttle Body nipple in back. From the front of the throttle body, it goes to the nipple on the front corner of the block where the radiator hose goes to the top of the radiator.... y'all understand? Is this correct?
Why would the VITV be BUZZING ?!?! That wouldn't throw a 92 cel would it?? I think the code 92 is lack of purge cntrl solenoid.
