Default Code 43

I took my car in to a shop cause I been dealing with this code since my swap but the only thing they could tell me was that it had to do with the fuel system witch I knew. I already chaged my fuel filter but the CEL still there. My check engine light goes on when i'm and higher rpm's or when im driving on higher gears. The car does'nt do anything weird when im driving but when its idles I can hear like a poping sound coming form the exhaust.

Any ideas?

Ps- Sorry for the long post I wast trying to describe it.

thanks

43 is odd. It is sometimes casued by a faulty o2 sensor.

Ravage70- checked that already but it's not that.

chris- I replaced the o2 like 5 months ago.

Could it be that my fuel pump is going bad?
Any other thing that it can be?

Fuel pump goes bad it basically wont work. Trust me on this o2 thing. I have done it on 2 ls swapped crx's. Code went away. o2's go bad fast on poorly running cars

ok, I've changed the o2 but the check engine light still comes on. Anymore ideas? I need to fix this so I can start installing my turbo kit.

mine`s been doing it for almost 6 months after a rebuild.
i changed fuel pump/filter and it didn`t help. so i say ---- IT and drive the ---- out of it like i normally do, just turn the key off then back on whenever it lights up and kept on resetting the ECU :P
and the O2 sensor finally goes out like a week ago (shows NO signal), so i had it replaced with cheap universal one and right now i got no code so far.
