Yeah i just drove to the muffler shop and on my way there my car is lagging or sputtering as i tring to accerlerate then i got a code 43 and the car is an 88 crx si with a b18a with a integra ecu

i know, its an acura code for fuel system. pretty vague, but it happen to me after i put some rxp in the gas. you might just have to change the fuel filter or something. but you do have fuel problem. if you can't find a wierd code just go to autozone and go to the haynes manuals. there is a manual for all cars computer codes. its got pretty much every code.
