code 17

ive recently been getting a code 17...ive had this problem before, and i jsut recet the ecu, and it goes away. but now when i recet it....the code just comes back as soon as i start moving. my speedo works perfectly. any suggestions?

HAHAHAHAHA.....

its a vehicle speed sensor code...something is fucked up...reset the ECU...
