my dude is fed up with the fuel injector code on his 89 ef hb and wants to go domestic. i wont let him. he has replaced the injectors dizzy and computer. dpfi. bone stock

 

injector pulse code, lack of voltage would explain the funky sounds, and no starts. good bat, good alt, bad main relay? more than likely OE. 204k

 

I had this happen to me about 6 years years ago, and I was chasing my tail for some time, have the ignitor(ignition control module)tested, I'm betting this is what it is, but check everything else first, ie: fuel pressure, compression, injector pulse etc. etc. etc.
