Default Clutch Slave Cylinder still good after...

I was wondering if the the clutch slave cylinder is still good after the whole bar popped out from the Slave Cylinder. It sperated from the SC. So i had to push it back in. Is the little bar in the SC be able to come all the way out like that? Did i mess something up?

the clutch feels like its not fully engaging. It feels like the clutch pedal is still being press while driving. So im thinking the SC might be bad?

sc only operates when fully extended. if it was bad then u wouldn't be able to put it in gear when the car's on. im thinkin ur pressure plate/clutch is a piece of ----. but if u insist its ur sc then change it.
