Does anyone know where I can Download a diagram? Basically I need to install some guages and need to know which wires are what. Thanks.

I have two questions.......I got my safc controller hooked up ....all except the grey wire......and on default settings I the air flow sensor looks like it is reading right.........but when I set the settings to sensor type pressure 6/6 and the car type 4 cycl........I get no reading on the air sensor! Any reason why........also when Wiring it I didnt see numbers on the ecu.....so how do you read these diagrams?

 

Also .......when putting my turbo on is it smart to add a knock sensor? Is there a link in the FAQ on how to install one.....I wasn't sure I saw one.....if not can someone tell me how to install it? I should just be able to hook it up to the knock sensor on the ecu right?

KS is an emissions device. It detects knock at cruise to fine tune ignition timing.

KS are incapable of detecting knock at WOT due to exhaust noise. KS are incapable of detecting knock at high rpms due to engine noise. KS are incapable of doing anything important; all the KS equipped ECUs I am given to chip I disable the KS out of contempt.

 

i also have the full wiring diagram of the ecu and ----. gimme your email if you want it.

 

dose the one you have tell you what wire is what and not have the little codes for the wires cause I have no clue what they mean and need to hook up my vafc as I'm making a turbo kit this weekend
