What Dustin, no 'ghetto' job?
I sprung for some 89ish Teg linkage. $20 from the yard. Cut and lengthened it.
I used 'all thread' screwed into each side; mounted it, and then threaded it to the right length/position. Took it out, and welded.

i wont have access to a welder during my swap. so prefab ---- was my best idea...wait here come another (happens sometimes ) is that first gen teg linkage? you know the exact legnth that it needs to be (or anyone)? i can get some of that for cheap and have someone weld it. i will have another car to drive so whats another day matter...

thats cool, but someone must know the legnth (semi-useless trivia question of the day).
btw the idea for this project was to be more refined and not be 'Ghetto'. but ---- it, im cheap, thats why im here...

dustin when you get the engine installed, just install the shift linkage and see how much needs to be cut off? are you going to trust if someone tells you to cut 3 inchs off?
It wont be to tough if you use the teg shifter assembly.

i know CRX/Civic is a no
and i know 90-93 Teg is the best right?
can i use ---- off a 86-89 teg? or is that way different?
