Re: Cheap homemade Oil Catch Can
Then what you think if i change to this
1.- Run one line from valve cover to one port on catch can. 2.- Run the other line directly from the black box (on back of block) to other port on catch can. Or tell to me which could be a good catch can setup |

Re: Cheap homemade Oil Catch Can
you're just going in a circle, you need the crankcase to be in vaccuum all the time, or at least in boost for sure. I have been running mine completely open but it smokes a little in boost.
Here's one link I'll try and find another one. https://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/...?topic=41175.0 |

Re: Cheap homemade Oil Catch Can
Here's what I did. It worked great, before I had this on my car smoked like a ----------er (to the point of "fogging" out an intersection), after I put this on it didnt burn a drop of oil.
https://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/...?topic=69521.0 A slash cut would also be very effective and simple, pcv valve to a slash cut in the exhaust, done. Edit: I got some head from some people saying it was a waste, the thing worked great, I will be making another one within the next few days for my new setup. |

Re: Cheap homemade Oil Catch Can
Great thinking on using the PS resevoir...that way you can mount it in a factory manner without having to make anything. Great idea.
