Re: Changing wheel bearings

Well I did it and it wasn't bad at all for my first time. Took me 3 hours total including running to the Hardware store to get a 36mm socket for the damn axle nut. *Note to self* Acura CL 3.0's use a 36mm nut and a not 32 like civics and integras. :X Besides that I took the knuckle and hub to the guy I bought my Z from since he runs a local repair shop and he helps me press out the old bearing and put the new one in all for free. Big ups for ROb's Repair in Neenah WI! :6 Since he(Rob) told me 30 to do it when I called him a week ago my friend gave me the 30 not including the 150 for the labor I got a basically 180 for doing it. Not bad since I had to buy some other stuff to do it like a impact driver to take of the rotor and the 36mm socket so I got those for free. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The bearing I would of never been able to get it out no matter how much I would of pounded on it and would of fucked it up more likely.
