Ah, ---- sorry. That was the wrong link. I was getting pissed for a second.
Ok, just above the ECU there will be a two prong connector. It has a green casing on it. You need to jump these two wires together and turn the ignition on. Then the check engine light will flash a certain amount of times to tell you which code it is.
I'll try to find the right link for you. It explains it better than me. :P

Find the diagnostic connector, which is a two wire blue connector found near the passengers feet, or in the centre console.
Short out the diagnostic connector with a piece of wire. The check engine light on the dash will flash the problem codes.

That would be pointing toward your 02. The 02 is heated.
Try clearing the code and see if it comes back. It probably just needs to be cleared.

Is it 41 or 1?
Maybe you need an 02 from a DX? How many wires are on the 02 you have?
