ok thanks for the tips. when you put it back together do you use assembly lube or oil coat anything because thats the feeling like its just not meshing. I should look closely at the syncors and hubs then when i seperate it again

 

I usually just give everything a good cleaning with a clean rag, there will still be a bit of oil on it and that is all I do as far as putting oil on parts. I've even completely cleaned everything in a parts washer and when it is put together properly they'll shift no problem dry of oil.

 

ok guess this means I absolutly have to pull it off the engine and check it just to be sure. Thanks for the help. I appreciate it greatly and the syncros will as well
