cant figure out whats wrong..zc
ok here is the whole story....this past winter i decided to build my zc for some boost...i took the motor apart and put it back togther with a whole new gasket set a new set of stock pistons and rings ....and i also got the head all worked port n polish and a 5 angle...i am so frustrated i havent put the turbo kit on yet because my motor sounds like its goin to blow up being n/a still ....i bring it up to 6 grand and it sounds like im hurting the motor....also the rpms increase very slowly and its slow as ---- now...i cant figure out whats wrong.. my timing is perfect and it looks like everything else is to......i dont know if i should just put the turbo on or if there is something wrong with my engine ...also my oil light keeps goin on after a run...some ideas would be appreciated....

wait.....u took ur block apart to build it for boost...but u put in stock pistons an rings? then u got the head ported an valve job.....wait....So u wasted about 5-600 bucks on getting ur head worked on but threw in stock pistons......ya freakin douche! If ur going to build it for boost u want to throw some way better then stock pistons an rings in.....it's not building for boost cuz u got the head worked on....WTF are you thinking......u could've thrown in some vitara's for a 100 bucks an then atleast say u were building ur block for boost.....nevermind....i'm not gonig to say anything else....except.....fruit loops bitch!

what does "hurting the motor" sound like? did you use any lube on the bearing surfaces, torque everything to spec, and triple check your plugs and wiring or did you start it up dry and rev the **** out of it?

yes engine build lube on every metal to metal contact...ive been running the car more and more and it sounds better every time so im thinkin the ecu has to re program it self and the motor has to break in
